Your first step is to determine who already has what you will be using and where
the missing pieces are.

Look at your list and determine which type of supplier
best fits your needs for what still has to be rented. Which wedding vendor has
both the skills and the staff to do the job? Some wedding suppliers, in the hopes
of securing a bigger piece of the business, allude to having done more than they
really are qualified to do. They may simply be florists who aspire to be décor
companies and at present do not have the resources they truly need to handle
areas outside their realm or who will be subcontracting the services of a third
party. You need to interview your suppliers to find out where each of their
strengths are.
